Flying over the Rio Coco preparing to land on the gravel runway in Waspam.
Ken Gearhart and Mel Menker worked in the pine savannah rain forest of Waspam, Nicaragua to complete the electric work in the children’s home. Dates of the trip were Thursday, April 11 through Thursday, April 18. They worked with the Miskito people in northeast Nicaragua on the Honduras border. The following are some pictures from their trip.
