We literally jumped onto the plane & said our “hello’s” to the others, pulled out of the terminal & headed for Nicaragua.
Our final destination was the remote village of Kisalaya, in the northeastern area of the country. Kisalaya is just one of many Miskito Indian villages up & down the Rio Coco River, all virtually cut off from the rest of the country.
